Progress!

Luci is progressing quite nicely:) I met with her teacher last week, and she has made huge strides from the beginning of school. She is very creative and likes to take her time:) Her teacher thinks she will do great in kindergarten next year!!! Pictures are her first and last name-she can now spell Humphrey without help! A recent page from a book she read! And a picture of her classmate Macey at her birthday party!

Sandals

We have definitely gotten our money out of these Target sandals. They were Ella's, then Luci wore them...for two summers and now...winter?? If you can call it that (it was 70 degrees today). I don't know what to think if the groundhog does in fact see his shadow tomorrow. Anyway, I regressed. Luci will wear socks with them {the sandals} when it is colder. Hey, don't judge me, it is not a battle I am fighting. Well it was a sad day. The Velcro is no longer working on the right sandal. So, we took pictures in them and Luci reluctantly threw them in the trash. Way to be strong Luci! RIP rainbow sandals you served our girls well!!

As a side note, I have tried to throw these sandals away before...twice. They found their way back. Not this time...not this time.

Six months

I cannot believe that six months has passed since Zaners {his nickname} was born. He is getting so big! Love you sweet one.

You kinda like tummy time but prefer to be in your exersaucer. You are liking peas, but I bet you will love sweet potato next week. You are already in love with Mum, Mums. Your smile melts my heart and yes, I do let you fall asleep on my chest AND let you sleep there. You are spoiled little one!
